This course covers the fundamental concepts of project management. It is built around the Project Management Institute's project management body of knowledge. Successful completion of this course prepares you to manage any type of project. By the end of the class, you will have mastered techniques for managing technology projects as well as having an ability to maintain a managerial perspective with regard to technology projects.
